Pastor Bob Myers
Pastor
Pastor Bob began his role as transitional pastor on March 1, 2024. He and Diane will celebrate their 45th anniversary in June, 2024. Together, they have two adult children: Meredith who is a children’s pastor in Sioux City, IA and Wes, a music specialist for Marshall Public Schools in Minnesota. They especially enjoy spending time with their four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Currently, they share their home in
Treynor, IA with a spoiled and manipulative little dog.
Pastor Bob holds degrees in music and a doctorate in worship studies. His ministry has been long and varied, serving as a Christian school music specialist, worship pastor, college professor, hospice chaplain, and senior pastor. He is also certified in church
revitalization through Church Answers. Pastor Bob is the author of a book on worship history and renewal entitled Strategic Portraits: People and Movements that Shaped Evangelical Worship. When he is not working, he enjoys making model ships, gardening, sailing, fishing, and chasing that little dog around the house. Some of his favorite movies include Gettysburg, The Court Jester, and What About Bob?

Michelle Wing
Office Manager
Michelle Wing took on FBCO Office Manager, February of 2021. She has been a lifelong member of FBCO and met her husband, Chris, here. They have six children, Olivia, Noah, Claire, Jack, Lucy and JP. When she isn't at the church she is taking her children to and from various activities and cheering them on in their many sports. Michelle loves photography and takes senior pictures regularly. She also loves going to Disney whenever she can.

Karla Musick
Music Program Head
Karla Musick started her music leadership role here, at FBCO, in March of 2003. Karla and her husband, Jim, work with our choir program, worship team, band and bell choir. They have five children and 13 grandchildren. Karla grew up on a farm in North West Iowa with two siblings and a huge collie dog She walked beans and de-tassled corn. She sang in high school choir and played in the band. To this day she is afraid of cows and chickens. She now finds herself back on a farm where she loves mowing and pulling weeds and cross stitching. She says "it's easy to see God's goodness as season change and suns rise and set." Her favorite movies are Gone With the Wind and The Sound of Music. She loves planning worship; it gives her private timeto praise the Lord.
